He didn't really tell me anything that I didn't already know and said that I was fine to return to work waitressing even though I can't even walk around the store 20 minutes without pain. I’ve tried all the things from stretches to ice to hoka shoes. I work in healthcare so I’m constantly on my feet and stand for long periods of time. I recently heard of toe yoga and walking barefoot(slowly transitioning and doing about 10min a day). My feet are more sore and now the pain is throughout the day.
