Rising contributor Anyone have pttd . My pain is in my arches and I’ve done physical therapy. take Advil, stretches, icing gel, heel things in my shoes regular inserts from the podiatrist, but I have never done professional orthotics. I hear it’s a waste of time? I also have bulging discs in my back if I sit my back hurts if I stand my feet hurt this is a vicious cycle, but I’m trying to get to the end of it somehow our orthotics worth it All reactions:

Ev Marie Rising contributor Im in the same boat.. i also have herniated discs and my daily walks really helped to strengthen my core but since ive been stuck on the couch due to PF.. ive been riding my indoor exercise bike, doing back core exercises and also trying to find a good 15-20 min seated cardio video on youtube.. also i know several people who tried the good feet orthotics $$ with negative results
