Has anyone actually had success with a bunion corrector like the trumedi one? The podiatrist feels they do not work curious if anyone has experience first hand!

I don’t know about the trumedi corrector, but exercises to strengthen and switching to footwear with toe splay space is helping my situation. The Foot Collective and Gaithappens are Facebook and Instagram accounts with exercises presented by drs of physiotherapy. I find their information is useful and motivational 🙂

Here is a link to the foot collective facebook page. They and also Gaithappens present great exercise info for feet.

I have been using a bunion corrector on both my feet and toe spacers - they have made a massive difference. You have to be consistent 🤩 I also do foot rolling with a ball and exercises to strengthen the muscles that weaken and cause bunions.

My doctor said they are all gimmicks.
