I just spoke to my flight attendant in flight with Southwest. She thanked me for forgiving her one of those little coupons that you could give to Southwest staff for their good work. I received these in the mail from Southwest. She told me that she can enter this coupon in a drawing to win something. She was very excited. So please, if you have received these little coupons to give away, please do so to those who deserve it. It could make a difference for someone as they strive to make a difference for you. See less

So there hasn't been drawings for years now but it looks good in our file. I always appreciate getting these from PAXs but it does not give us anything but recognition, which is plenty fine to me

These coupons are a statement from a customer that we, your FA’s, made a positive impact on you. When I get one, I’m so grateful. Please don’t let it matter what happens from there. The fact that someone thought enough to give me one makes my day.
