We use OwnerRez as our PMS, and when they sign their renters agreement, there’s a button directly there to upload their ID.

Question regarding guest IDs: I require that all guests show legal IDs prior to gaining access to my home. In the past, they had three options, 1) uploading a pic to the Airbnb or VRBO platform messaging app; 2) pic through Whats App (as it's encrypted); 3) shown in person at check-in, but with the caveat that there may be delays due to scheduling. Most guests used the Airbnb or VRBO messaging app, some used Whats App, and very few wanted to show in person. But it is now more difficult to send my Whats App info, so I'd love to know how others are doing this? I'm considering the option of a very brief Zoom meeting. What do y'all do? THANK YOU!!! See less

Greg Wanee Personally, always check in. Sometimes they oversell seats and I want them to know I’m coming
