Hello group...if someone on here has used spiky balls, I'm wondering if you were successful and if so do you continue to use them for preventing plantar fasciitis ?

Dee Fabrizius What worked for me were Hoka recovery slides and Hoka Bondi 7 sneakers. I suffered for 8 months with plantar fasciitis and it is completely gone. I tried everything including the spikey balls and realized proper footwear was key after all my plantars fasciitis treatments.

Vandenberg I had severe plantar fasciitis and tried everything, including acupuncture. Nothing worked until I tried something called shockwave therapy. It took 6 treatments and it was expensive, but it worked! Physiotherapists can do this if they have the machine. I hope you get relief, pf is awful!

Kaiser sent me for acupuncture before hip replacement surgery about 15 years ago which produced some relief. Last year I had one brief acupuncture/acupressure treatment and was pain-free for a month! First time in a decade with no pain.

Hello group, I just went thru a couple excruciating weeks of hobbling on a neuroma(pinched nerve) between 2nd / 3rd toe, 2 weeks of relief and I'm feeling tenderness again in same spot, any suggestions ??

Comment Mary Lynn Schmidt You may benefit from a cushion between your foot and your shoes...you may need an orthodic for any correction needed in your small bones or arch. Good luck!

I have been suffering from that from a sciatic pinched nerve for 4 years. So far no relief from doctors. Only Hucksters and Chiropractors waiting to take your money. Medicare will pay nothing!

I have a pinched nerve "neuroma" , anyone have solutions , it's been a week now, I soaked foot in hot water last night which seemed to help

My doctor gave me a shot when I had mine, but I have no idea what it was.

Mary Lynn Schmidt cushioning in your shoes...orthodics...wide toe box...Good Luck. If it's inflammed you need to reduce the inflammation.
