I have had plantar faciitis & sesamoiditis on and off for years. In the past, used ice, tennis ball, stretches & it calmed down. Now for the past 19 months I have had symptoms of both. I have been in Physical Therapy, seen 3 podiatrists, 4 cortisone shots. PF is better but still ball of foot pain, have tried insoles (insurance will not pay for custom orthotics). Now I have stopped gym & fitness walking. I am at my wit's end.
