I'm in souch pain don't know what to do with myself Linda Turley Ok so those of you who have had the cortisone Were you told rest 24-48 hrs ? Renee Montgomery I’m trying to find a shoe that I can wear without the bottom on my heel hurting. The backs have to be soft because I have a Pump Bump on the back of ny heel. So in addition to my PF and my fibromia in my arch my under part of my heel hurts the most!! I’ve recently started wearing Oofos Recovery Flip Flops and love them. But I need a good walking shoe so I can try and get back to walking again. I had some complications, but i dont want to get disencouraged. im hoping it will work out! Rosa Aguilar Had ingrown toenail permanent procedure with phenol and both toes done almost 2 months ago. Now im having foot pain under the big toes in the joint/tissues where it bends, left foot is worse! Walking began getting painful so i began using shoe inserts for support. Im thinking its bruising from the procedure and I am hoping itll heal with time. Please assure, whats done is done i can only move forward. I hope this heals!
