Plantar fasciitis with multiple treatments for 15 years. Just got steroid injections. It cleared the pain up all except for where my heel spur is in my left foot. The insoles make me feel the best, but depending on what shoe I'm wearing, my feet either slide to the outside where I start getting pains and other places on my foot or hip. So I tried Kuru.
