View more answers Brutuss Yager Just be patient and wait for stern to send you the part man. You ain’t gonna source it anywhere else. Sterns support is generally pretty good and if you send them pics of the issue and they said they’re gonna send you the part then they will. But that doesn’t happen in just 48 hours man lol they have to contact the parts dept and source the part and send the paperwork to order you a new one. That process can take a week or two. You have to be patient dude. But Keep calling like every 4 days till they can give you an actual tracking number for the part tho. The Drs have offered for me to have a steroid injection. Do they work? Silly question alert but whereabouts do they inject it as my foot already hurts and worried it’s going to hurt even more if they inject into the painful area.

Cat Lili They did not work for me. They inject right where it hurts. They numb it first. It was not pleasant but it was manageable.
