I have bunions and hammer toes since I was only 8 years old... now I'm 34 and I noticed I only have a fungal toenail on my big toe on my right foot... the other foot is healthy.. does anyone know how I can treat it.. I heard about lasor treatment but I don't know if it's good.. All reactions:

View more answers Mathieu Birdy I too fell in the trap of shoes and insoles and spent a fortune. Unfortunately there's only 1 cure: progressive loading and strengthening of the foot and relevant muscles. It takes a while but a good physio should be able to give you an 8 to 12 week programme that you can follow

Elizabeth Moss I just got a pair of new balance 1080 fresh foam. Even tho I don’t have a wide foot, I tried on the wide width and it was amazing. Wide across the toes but fits great everywhere else. Plenty of room for the orthotics. I want to try a pair of these Altra too, but I need to try them on in a store first.
