I'm 3 weeks post op from my surgery. I'm assuming I'm recovering normally, still lots of pain off and on, still some swelling, I'm icing, elevating and in my boot when up and about. I was not referred to physical therapy by my doctor, what do you all recommend me doing at home on my own for therapy?
