So I was strength training for an hour a day, then walking 5

So I was strength training for an hour a day, then walking 5 miles. I did this 5 days a week. My feet started hurting but I pushed through and like when you get in the best shape… I got pregnant. My feet got way worse and swollen and I took it up to pregnancy. I am 7 months postpartum. And the tops of my feet are still swollen while nothing else is, Humps on them! And walking/standing is miserable. I am at a lost on what to do. So many contradictions. Not sure if a podiatrist Cassy Kritcher Need shoe or insole suggestions  I am working in a factory four days a week for 10 hour shifts and I am on concrete the whole time standing and I’m in excruciating pain and I have no relief and I just got new shoes on Sunday (“sketcher delights” with memory foam insoles) and it’s not helping me. I have a medium arch in my feet. I don’t know what kind of insoles to get and I don’t know what kind of shoes to get. I need relief so badly. It’s a complicated job and it’s very har Theresa De Los Santos Been dealing with pain for two years. It was unbearable to manageable now back to unbearable pain ugh all I get is ice it, new shoes, stay off my feet, get shoe inserts. Also PT Ugh. I want it to go away. Georgie Bees We went to the seaside today. Lovely to walk in the wet sand so cooling and gave the soles of my feet a gentle workout. It was fairly hot and I would have benefitted from a sun hat but 10/10; would highly recommend! Nicki Warne My second day of using one of these to help the blood flow. It helps.
