I've had plantar fasciitis off and on for over two years. Saw my podiatrist today and learned I now have developed achilles tendonitis and the beginning stage of a neuroma in this same foot. Anyone else in the same boat? Other than the prescribed meloxicam and stretches, do you have any tips? All reactions:
night splint surgery night splint ice therapy icing

Comment View more answers Sue Wills Seymour I take it before bed. It’s supposed to help your muscles relax. I have had zero side effects. I almost feel like I sleep better when I take it.
